Salvatore Ferragamo has combined a sense of solidarity with its commitment to social responsibility by offsetting the climate impact of the iconic Viva shoe model, calculated according to the requirements of the ISO 14067 standard (Carbon Footprint of Products - CFP).
With the support of Rete Clima Salvatore Ferragamo has promoted a certificate carbon offset project, tied to the construction and the management of a wind farm in India - built in the District of Satare - for generating clean energy instead of using fossil fuels.
